William David Hilton 1957-2018

William David Hilton, age 60, passed away on Saturday, October 13, 2018, at his home in Mohave Valley, Arizona. He was born on December 1, 1957, in Ontario, California, to Perry E. and Wanda (Taylor) Hilton. He proudly served as Safeway’s Liquor Manager for 12 years where he developed a cherished bond with his colleagues. David was a friend to all and always lent a helping hand to anyone in need. A witty prankster, he enjoyed every chance he had to make someone laugh. Once the front man of his own band, David enjoyed Classic Rock music, singing, and writing poetry. He loved the desert and the adventurous lifestyle it awarded, even winning a second place trophy in a Tough Truck Challenge. An avid cook, he especially enjoyed preparing his favorite dishes such as homemade tacos and of course, his esteemed liver and onions with bacon. He is preceded in death by his Father, Perry Eugene Hilton and is survived by his devoted wife, Kimberlee; Mother, Wanda; children, Richard and Gabriella; brother, Stanley; sister, Debra; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. A Celebration of Life is scheduled to begin at 11:30 am on Wednesday, October 17, 2018, at the River Valley Tavern, 8804 AZ-95, Mohave Valley, AZ 86440. The family would like to extend a very special thank you to David’s entire Safeway family and his River Valley Tavern family. David touched many lives and will be truly missed by all those who were honored to know him, work with him, and who loved him.
